"I actually really liked how the site looked..."
I actually really liked how the site looked. It’s clean, the photos are nice, and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find what I needed, which I appreciate because I have zero patience for confusing websites. Everything was easy to browse and laid out well.

"Delivery was much slower than expected"
I ordered from jigsaw-online.com after a friend recommended it, but the delivery ended up taking way longer than I thought it would. The tracking hardly updated, so I had to chase it up myself, which was frustrating. The item did arrive in the end and was fine, but the whole delivery experience wasn’t great

"Refund took a bit longer than I expected"
The return itself went fine, but... the refund took longer than I thought it would. It did come through eventually, just a bit slower than I was hoping.
